What we do when we clean a Commercial Account:
Clean Entrance: Clean all interior glass as needed-- Empty wastebaskets and replace soiled liners thorough vacuuming of the floor area-- Wash vinyl and ceramic floors-- Wipe baseboards, doors and light switches-- Dust blinds and window sill as needed-- Check for and remove cobwebs-- Dust all cleared surfaces of desks, file cabinets, work-surfaces-- Disinfect all telephones-- Vacuum cloth chairs, wipe arms/edges and chair bases as needed-- Reposition furniture neatly
Restrooms: Clean, disinfect and polish all fixtures-- Clean counters, shelves, lights, and mirrors-- Clean partitions as needed-- Remove trash, replace liners Refill soap dispensers and paper products-- Wash floors

Carpet Cleaning
We use a hot water extraction system and a power head to clean
domestic and office carpets.
We vacuum your carpets first, spot clean by hand and/or power head and
clean your carpets using the extraction method. Extracting the moisture
brings loose dirt and stains from the carpet.
Finally we deodorise.
You will need to allow 2-3 hours for the carpet to dry.
Our prices are very competitive with the market place.

Window Cleaning
When cleaning the windows inside and out we brush the screens, wash the sills and remove all cobwebs on the outside of the home.
In addition, on the inside, we wash the window ledges.
Our window cleaning service is only available for ground and first level windows in homes/units, offices and shops.
Our minimum charge is $50.

End of Lease Cleaning - Bond Cleaning
When moving out of your office (owned or rented) you will want to
leave the property in good condition. If you are renting you will be required
to do so by the landlord or Property Manager in order to receive your bond
money back.
We can help you.
Our End of Lease Cleaning can involve cleaning anything. We can do the whole job for you – every room of the property cleaned to the level you require or specific tasks done that you don’t want to do or haven’t the time to do e.g. oven, walls etc.
We can also shampoo the carpets doing Carpet Steam Cleaning at the same time.
